So this has been on my mind....and spoken aloud....several times over the past few weeks, but I feel it's most poignant/pertinent after volunteering yesterday at VegFest, the annual healthy vegetarian food festival held in Seattle Center. 1 It was super busy I was pouring fruit teas for 4 hours almost non-stop. 2 Overwhelming with all its vendors, food samples, and other stuff. 3 Tons of stickers and free samples....including Larabars, which I love. 4 Free t-shirt and volunteer hours.

It takes place at 10am - 6pm at the Seattle Center's Exhibition Hall.
